Processing Time: Once we receive your payment, we immediately forward your order to our suppliers for verification, tailoring, quality checks, and packaging. This process typically takes 1-4 additional days.
Shipping Time: The time it takes for your items to be shipped from our warehouse to your destination usually ranges from 10-15 days, though actual shipping times may vary.
Tracking: After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to track your package directly on our website at any time (link to tracking page). Please note that while most of our shipping partners offer tracking services, we cannot guarantee tracking for all shipments.
